1) What is News Helpline?
In the world of Digital media, there are News aggregator platforms, News providing agencies, Website development companies and Revenue generating platforms. These different entities provide website related services at different costs. News Helpline, a product of Newsify Network Pvt Ltd, is the only company which provides all these services under one roof with an option of Revenue sharing as well, where you don’t need to pay anything.
2) What is the basic criteria / eligibility to start with?
Basic criteria is knowledge of journalism, strong Local network, some past experience of being a Reporter or Publisher, strong will to start a News website and begin your Entrepreneurial journey.
3) How many themes you have to choose from, for my new website?
We have 12 different themes for your website with all the basic and advance features. We suggest you the best possible theme, as per your primary requirement: higher engagement, higher revenue, high traffic, fast loading, etc. Apart from these if you still have requirement for some other feature, we will try to accomodate the same.
4) Please explain Basic plan.
Under the basic plan we create and develope your website, taking care of hosting, server and everything. The website will be a full fledge News website with all advanced features and interface. Along with technical support you also get content support which includes Entertainment text news to keep your site updated on daily basis. Charges for Basic plan are - 2499/- per month plus applicable taxes. Three months payment Rs.7497/- + 18% GST needs to be paid in advance (OR You can pay Rs.24999/- + 18% GST For One Year)
5) Please explain the Combo plan.
Under the basic plan we create and develope your website, taking care of hosting server everything. The website will be a full fledge News website with all advanced features and interface. Along with technical support you also get content support which includes Text news articles from all fields like National, International, Entertainment, Sports, Business and others. Charges for Combo plan are - 9999/- per month plus applicable taxes. Three months payment Rs.29997/- + 18% GST needs to be paid in advance (OR You can pay Rs.99999/- + 18% GST For One Year)
6) Please explain Meal plan.
Meal plan is like buying a Franchise, where You will get all the content and technical support at zero cost. You only have to focus on Local news by building or utilizing your strong local network. You also need to have a Marketing team to go on the field and get Ads for the website. In this plan our BDO
(Business Development Officer) will visit your city and will stay for some days to train your marketing team and set up a revenue model for you. This includes Tie-up with Local shops, showrooms, Local Brands etc through our marketing app Bazaar Helpline
7) How much do I earn?
Revenue has always been a big problem but now with our customized app, Bazaar Helpline
, revenue generation is very easy. Bazaar Helpline
is a marketing app which gives power of Digital Marketing to every local client of yours who wants to promote himself through Bulk WhatsApp, Bulk Messaging and Bulk Emails.
Earnings for Basic and Combo Plans
– After three months of credibility build-up with proper and regular news updates, our marketing team will decide on your eligibility to subscribe for our Bazaar Helpline
app. Once you get the app, you can appoint YOUR own marketing
team which can easily generate the revenue with the help of the app. (Subscription charges for app will be applicable as per terms and conditions). Here your monthly profit can be anywhere between 25K-40K.
- Under meal plan (Franchise model), your business is our responsibility. In this plan our BDO
(Business Development Officer) will come to your city, and will help/train your marketing team to Tie-up with Local shops, Showrooms, Local Brands etc through our marketing app Bazaar Helpline
. Whatever revenue is generated will be divided 50-50 Between Us after deducting your Local expenses. This way your monthly profit can be anywhere between 40K to 60K
8) Ok, I am interested, what should I do?
Basic and Combo Plans
- You can start with Basic OR Combo plan by making advance payment of three months (explained in point no. 4 and 5)
– As mentioned earlier, it is like buying a Franchise, where you get complete assistance and support from our team. Once you enter into an agreement, you become our local partner in your city and then you do not have to pay any charges for content, technical and marketing support. But you have to spend on -
a) One Time Office Setup Cost +
b) 5-6 Months Running Cost +
c) Refundable Deposit (Optional)
The amount you need to spend will depend upon your existing infrastructure, your local network and man power.
9) How much is the refundable deposit and why is it necessary?
Refundable deposit is optional
and will vary from 1 lac to 1.5 lac depending upon your city. It is like minimum guaranty with a lock-in period of 12 months. After 12 months this deposit will be refunded to you. This is necessary to have a fair association between both the parties, so that you give your business a chance to grow with in one year and we can deploy our BDO
(Business Development Officer) confidently for one month to work with your team. Even if you do not want to go for the Refundable deposit, our BDO will come and train your marketin team, but only for 1-2 days and not the entire month.
10) How many publishers will be chosen for the Meal (Revenue sharing) plan per city?
Ideally, to avoid competition among our own publishers, there will be only one publisher per city.... But it also depend upon Population and the Life Style of the City...If the Population of City is below 5 Lac then there will be only one publisher but If city’s population is above 5 lac or more then 2-3 publishers could be entitled for the revenue sharing plan.
11) What is the expected time duration for the Meal plan to come in profit?
Total Time Duration for setup of your website, its smooth running and revenue as well as profit generation is around 5-6 months. In this time frame, your marketing team will Tie-up with Local shops, Showrooms, Local Brands etc through our marketing app Bazaar Helpline
, In today’s scenario, app like Bazaar Helpline, is a very strong and important tool for local businessman to grow their business with the help of Digital marketing.
12) What, if I already have my site? Will it be migrated?
Once you join any plan by making the appropriate payment then Ideally your existing site will be migrated at no extra cost. Some case is Chargeable but very minimum amount.
13) After migrating to News Helpline, what happens to my website's old URLs?
Traffic from older URLs will be redirected to new URLs, so there is absolutely no impact on your SEO and traffic from any environment where old URLs are present. For any problem or query post migration, help from the technical team will be available.
14) Please tell us about the Uptime for our website. What if in future the traffic increases?
With News Helpline your website's uptimes will always be 99%. With increase in traffic you will be upgraded to the higher level.
15) What is the limit of adding Writers/Editors on the platform?
There is no limit. You can add as many writers and as many editors as you want. Editors will have power to publish the news which writers have uploaded. Writers can only upload or delete their news or report. They do not have the power to publish. We suggest that you keep more Writers/Reporters but very few editors so that you have quality content published.
16) What if I don't want to continue and quit after some time?
Under Basic and Combo plan, You are free to quit anytime as it is quarterly Subscription Base. Under Meal plan, which involves a Refundable Franchise fees (Optional)
, there is a lock-in period of 12 months. There you can also quit any time by giving us 30 days prior notice but the franchise fees will be refunded after lock-in period of 12 months.
